We act green - and we don't just say that...




... from the cuttings to the finished plant, we pay attention to sustainable and resource-saving production together with our suppliers & partners.

For example, the substrates are enriched with little or no peat and the useful properties are replaced by other regionally available raw materials such as cattle manure, straw and wood fibres.

Our suppliers & partners are certified companies - for example by Global G.A.P. or the Bund deutscher Baumschulen e.V., labelled as BdB nursery brand.

We are currently in the process of restructuring so that the plants we deliver to you are in a representative recycling container, including a suitable PaperLabel or Re-PP label.


The PaperLabel is made of FSC®-certified wood from sustainable forestry, i.e. it can be added to the waste paper cycle. The alternative Re-PP label is made of 100% recycled plastic. Disposal via the green dot is provided here.




We can not only pay attention to sustainability in our traded plants, but also in our daily business we have various possibilities to act in an environmentally friendly way.

With our merchandise management system, it is possible for us to carry out a purely technical order processing, from the order confirmation to the invoice. This means that we do not need any paper or printer toner.

In order to avoid unnecessary multi-journeys, the delivery of goods is kept as small as possible through bundled order processes. Our preferred forwarding agent also reduces travel distances through our targeted commission, which saves CO² and achieves a better utilisation of the trucks.
